Training Modules Back

Training Modules are required to be prepared to equip the NTS Task Group on Consultancy and Training which is expected to impart training on testing and evaluation to the teachers of various disciplines and levels of education across the country. More than 80 topics covering various branches of evaluation were uploaded through website (www.ciil-ntsindia.net & www.ciil-miles.net) for the purpose of disseminating information to the probable module writers. About 50 modules are in the process of preparation by different scholars. 43 topics are still open to the scholars who have interest to work on these topics. For this purpose, interactive and consultancy meetings were conducted.

Interactive Meeting

1st interactive meeting for preparation of Training Module on Testing & Evaluation was conducted at NITTTR, Chennai, from 1st-2nd August’07. About 70 inter-disciplinary scholars participated in the programme. 2nd Interactive meeting for preparation of Training Module conducted at JNU, New Delhi, from 30th-31st August’07. About 70 inter-disciplinary scholars participated in the programme.

Consultancy Meeting

Three consultancy meetings were conducted (1st in January’08, 2nd in September’08, and 3rd in October’08) at CIIL, Mysore, inviting scholars who had submitted their synopsis/modules to get consultancy and suggestions to improve the training module as per the requirements of NTS. About 20 scholars participated in the consultancy meetings.
