Workshop for Recruitment:
Several interactive workshops were conducted for identifying appropriate candidates for the positions of NTS from time to time. The applications were received in response to our advertisements in various newspapers across the country. The selection was made through four levels scrutiny (viz., scrutiny at NTS, further shortlisted by experts, invited for workshop identified by the experts after their performance in various activities given by the NTS and experts). The subject experts were involved in assessing the suitability of the applicants. On their performance, credits were awarded by the experts. Based on the overall credits obtained by the individuals, ranks were provided for maintaining a panel for future engagement. The candidates recommended by the experts were engaged after the approval of Head, NTS and the Director CIIL.
